Shipwreck Shops own sponsored “OPTIMIST” sailing boat was off to a flying start recently.  Several of St.Maarten’s local businesses have sponsored these fantastic learning sail boats to the St.Maarten Yacht Club, for the YOUTH SAIL TRAINING program....  the Simpson Bay Lagoon the perfect classroom for beginners with nice flat waters and (usually) a fair amount of breeze.
